The provider does not assume liability for errors in entering, transferring or analysing. Furthermore, the provider explicitly reserves the right to correct obvious mistakes concerning the odds of the bets or other obvious errors concerning the odds of the bets as well as mistakes in analysing the results (e.g. confused odds, accumulated reciprocal of the odds <1, wrong odds due to incomplete data streams). Also the provider has the right to correct these errors after the event and to declare the bet invalid..

The provider´s price which is referring to live prices is generally valid.

The provider does not assume liability for the accuracy, completeness or actuality of the provided data generated by information services. Compensation claims by the User against the provider or its agent (e.g. due to power blackouts, faulty, delayed, manipulated or misused transmission of data) are excluded if they are not due to deliberate or reckless behaviour. Additionally, the provider´s liability is limited to the bet or the payable profits, depending on which figure is higher. The provider does not assume liability for damages which are caused by abusive or illegal utilisation.
